I dunno I just feel like a few people I thought I'd have more in common with or rarely comment, or I rarely comment on your journal because I just don't know what to say.... but I don't so before I get ruthless.... comment if you want to stay on my Flist.

Okay, after the 50th post entitled "How rad are Boyzone" I decided that as much as I love a certain penpal forum  I have very little in common with the girls there.

SO

I decided something had to be done! For the sake of all alternative girls who love the hobby.... Well I decided this way back last August.... I've since decided to go back to the drawing board and revive it!

So Alternative Penpals is reborn! Like a phoenix it rises lamely from the ashes..... I need some help!

Does anyone know of any beginner-ish flat knitted baby patterns? All the ones I've found are knitted in the round and I enjoy sewing!
I want to knit a selection of cute but practical baby items for my friend Gareth and his partner Roisin's baby. I've got piles of DK and snuggley baby yarn, size 3-5.5mm needles waiting to go.
